Over 200 Families Have Already Visited WaffleFamily Farm
One month ago, we opened the gates to WaffleFamily Farm in Hudson, FL, and we are so grateful for the sweet journey our community has already started with us.
In our very first month, over 200 families have visited our little family farm. Families have come from Hudson, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Trinity, Odessa, Spring Hill, Brooksville, Weeki Wachee, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and other parts of the Tampa Bay area.
We’ve seen kids feeding animals for the first time, families slowing down under the trees, parents enjoying a peaceful moment outside, and little ones asking when they can come back before they even leave.
That is exactly why we created WaffleFamily Farm.
Our farm was designed to be a peaceful, screen-free outdoor place where families can reconnect with nature, meet friendly animals, and enjoy a slower kind of morning together. We intentionally do not play loud music on the farm because we want our guests to enjoy the real sounds of nature: birds singing, wind in the trees, animals nearby, kids laughing, and those quiet little moments that are easy to miss in everyday life.
Guests can meet and feed friendly farm animals, enjoy our corn play area, toddler-friendly space, pedal tractors, outdoor games, photo spots, and shaded seating under the trees. We wanted to create a place that feels good not only for kids, but also for parents, grandparents, friends, and anyone looking for a peaceful outdoor activity near Tampa Bay.
We hear so many kind words from families in person after their visit, and those words truly mean the world to us. Many parents tell us their kids didn’t want to leave, that they stayed longer than planned, or that the farm felt calm, shaded, and relaxing.
As a new small family farm, we are still growing and still becoming more visible online.
